Borrar tu cuenta
Abre el juego con internet.
Ve a Ajustes → Cuenta → Borrar cuenta.
Escoge Borrar cuenta (borra tu cuenta en nuestro servidor) o Borrar todo (además reinicia tu progreso en ese equipo) y confirma.
Se borran tu perfil, tu nombre, tus viajes, puntuaciones, ligas, amigos, bloqueos, reportes y analíticas. La opción se ve siempre; sin internet te dice que necesitas conexión. Si no puedes abrir el juego, escríbenos a jankfaris@gmail.com desde el email que quieras y te ayudamos. Detalles en la política de privacidad.
Reportar o bloquear a un jugador
Reportar: toca al chofer en la tabla de la semana, Mi liga, los distritos, una liga de panas, tus panas o en el mapa, y escoge Reportar nombre (en el punto de un desconocido, Reportar chofer). Escoge por qué: nombre ofensivo, se hace pasar por otra persona, comparte datos personales, me está acosando, hace trampa u otra cosa. El chofer deja de salirte enseguida y no sabe quién lo reportó.
Bloquear: en el mismo lugar, escoge Bloquear chofer. No se verán en el mapa ni en la calle, su nombre se oculta en tus tablas y ligas (“Chofer oculto”), su fantasma del reto no te sale y no te puede añadir como pana. Pa’ deshacerlo: Ajustes → Cuenta → Choferes bloqueados → Desbloquear a todos.
Revisamos cada reporte en menos de 24 horas. Podemos devolver el nombre a “Chofer ####”, quitarle el nombre a una liga o suspender la cuenta. Si 3 choferes distintos reportan el mismo nombre en 30 días, vuelve a “Chofer ####” enseguida.
En el mapa y en la ciudad en vivo, tu nombre solo lo ven tus panas y quienes entran a tu party con tu código. Pa’ los demás eres un punto sin nombre. Las tablas y las ligas enseñan nombres que ya pasaron una revisión automática.

¿Cuesta algo?
No. PÚBLICO es gratis y no tiene compras adentro: los carros se ganan guiando.
¿Necesito cuenta?
No. El juego te crea una cuenta anónima y un nombre de chofer que puedes cambiar. Game Center es opcional.
¿Qué son las Analíticas?
Los pasos de tu primer viaje, los días que abres el juego y una encuesta de una pregunta, en nuestro propio servidor, pa’ mejorar el juego. Nunca anuncios ni rastreo. Las apagas en Ajustes → Cuenta → Analíticas.
Tengo un Apple TV, ¿cómo abro estas páginas?
En Ajustes, Privacidad, Ayuda y contacto y los créditos completos abren una página con la dirección y un código QR: escanéalo con la cámara de tu teléfono.
¿En qué lo juego?
iPhone y iPad con iOS 17 o más nuevo, Apple TV con tvOS 17 o más nuevo, y Mac con macOS 14 o más nuevo. En el Apple TV basta el control remoto; también puedes usar un control de juegos o tu iPhone.
¿Cómo uso mi iPhone como control?
El iPhone y el Apple TV o la Mac tienen que estar en el mismo Wi-Fi (o cerca, con Wi-Fi y Bluetooth prendidos). En la TV o la Mac abre Usa tu iPhone como control desde la pausa, y en el iPhone toca Conectar a TV/Mac en el garaje o la pausa y escribe el código.
¿Funciona sin internet?
Puedes guiar y hacer viajes sin señal. Las tablas, las ligas, los panas y la ciudad en vivo esperan a que vuelva el internet.
Mi nombre dice “Chofer” y unos números
Todo nombre nuevo pasa por una revisión automática. Mientras se revisa, los demás ven el nombre generado. Si no pasa, escoge otro en Ajustes → Cuenta.
¿Quién ve mi carro en el mapa?
Tú escoges en Ajustes → Cuenta → Mostrar mi carro en el mapa a: Todos (un punto sin nombre; tus panas ven tu nombre), Solo panas o Nadie.
Cambié de teléfono
La clave de tu cuenta se guarda en el Llavero; con el mismo Apple Account y el Llavero de iCloud prendido, el juego normalmente la encuentra en el teléfono nuevo. Si no, escríbenos.
Choose Delete account (deletes your account on our server) or Delete everything (also resets your progress on that device) and confirm.
Your profile, name, rides, scores, leagues, friends, blocks, reports and analytics are deleted. The option is always shown; offline it tells you it needs a connection. If you can’t open the game, write to jankfaris@gmail.com from any email address and we’ll help. Details in the privacy policy.
Report or block a player
Report: tap the driver on the weekly board, My league, the districts, a friends’ league, your friends or on the map, and choose Report name (on a stranger’s dot, Report driver). Pick why: offensive name, pretends to be someone else, shares personal information, harassing me, cheating, or something else. The driver disappears for you at once and isn’t told who reported them.
Block: in the same place, choose Block driver. You won’t see each other on the map or the street, their name is hidden on your boards and leagues (“Hidden driver”), their daily-challenge ghost doesn’t show for you, and they can’t add you as a friend. To undo it: Settings → Account → Blocked drivers → Unblock all.
We review every report within 24 hours. We can return the name to “Chofer ####”, remove a league’s name or suspend the account. If 3 different drivers report the same name within 30 days, it goes back to “Chofer ####” at once.
On the map and in the live city, only your friends and the players who join your party with your code see your name. To everyone else you are an unnamed dot. Leaderboards and leagues show names that have passed an automatic check.
Questions
Does it cost anything?
No. PÚBLICO is free with no in-app purchases: cars are earned by driving.
Do I need an account?
No. The game creates an anonymous account and a driver name you can change. Game Center is optional.
What is Analytics?
Your first-drive steps, the days you open the game and a one-question survey, kept on our own server to improve the game. Never ads or tracking. Turn it off in Settings → Account → Analytics.
I’m on Apple TV. How do I open these pages?
In Settings, Privacy, Help & contact and Full credits open a page with the address and a QR code: scan it with your phone’s camera.
What can I play it on?
iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later, Apple TV with tvOS 17 or later, and Mac with macOS 14 or later. On Apple TV the Siri Remote is enough; you can also use a game controller or your iPhone.
How do I use my iPhone as the controller?
The iPhone and the Apple TV or Mac need to be on the same Wi-Fi (or close together, with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on). On the TV or Mac open Use your iPhone as controller from the pause menu, then on the iPhone tap Connect to TV/Mac in the garage or the pause menu and enter the code.
Does it work offline?
You can drive and do rides with no signal. Leaderboards, leagues, friends and the live city wait until you’re back online.
My name says “Chofer” and some numbers
Every new name goes through an automatic check. While it’s checked, others see the generated name. If it doesn’t pass, pick another in Settings → Account.
Who sees my car on the map?
You choose in Settings → Account → Show my car on the map to: Everyone (an unnamed dot; your friends see your name), Panas only or Nobody.
I changed phones
Your account key is kept in the Keychain; with the same Apple Account and iCloud Keychain on, the game usually finds it on the new phone. If not, write to us.
